Authorized Pioneer DJ & AlphaTheta service center
CS PRO Serwis is an official authorized Pioneer DJ and AlphaTheta service center — one of the few in Poland. We perform warranty and post-warranty repairs of the manufacturer's entire lineup: CDJ and XDJ players, DJM mixers, DDJ controllers, all-in-one systems, and HDJ headphones.
Authorization makes a real difference: we have direct access to original spare parts from the manufacturer's distribution, up-to-date service schematics, calibration procedures, and AlphaTheta technical support. A repair at an authorized service center does not void your warranty, and the device is serviced exactly according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

How the repair works, step by step

Bring the device to our Warsaw service center or ship it by courier from anywhere in Poland.

Diagnostics and quote
We run thorough diagnostics and present the repair cost before starting any work.

Repair after approval
Once you approve the quote, we repair the device using original spare parts.

Testing and return
We thoroughly test the equipment, then you can pick it up in person or we ship it back by courier.
How much does it cost?
The vast majority of repairs stay under 500 PLN. The diagnostic fee (200 PLN) is deducted from the repair price. Every repair includes a full inspection and cleaning of the device.
